I have been highly instrumental in spear-heading the Business Process Outsourcing division at L & M. We were providing skill searching facility to recruiters and HR consultants based in US for permanent as well as contract positions. Our main focus was to search for suitable candidates in US as per the job requirements sent to us by the recruiters (clients). I was handling a team of 8 searchers and we were helping the recruiters to close atleast 3 positions per month.
As a Sr.Team Leader in L&M my main responsibilities includes staff training, maintaining the highest service standards through continues quality management.
Additional responsibilities include installation and maintenance of hardware, dealing with various subcontractors. Played a lead role in the entire process of setting up a 256 kbps RF Internet connection, which serves as the backbone for any IT enabled service provider.
